Safety & Wellbeing

A safety system, not a safety poster.

Our cleaning division is ISO 45001 certified, and the same system runs every service: report fast, investigate properly, learn, and look after the people doing the work.

Reported within 24 hours

Injuries, public liability incidents, spills and vehicle or equipment damage each have their own form in our app, lodged within 24 hours with time-stamped photos, witnesses and what was done on the spot.

Investigated and closed out

Every incident is assigned to an investigator within 24 hours, the root cause and corrective actions recorded, notifiable incidents reported to SafeWork, and the file signed off within 7 days. Clients and insurers get a complete record.

Safety alerts & toolbox talks

One-page safety alerts and toolbox talks go to every relevant team member in the app, who reads and signs them. We can show you exactly who has been briefed on what, and when.

Wellbeing support

Free, confidential counselling for our people and their families, national helplines a tap away, and an anonymous weekly check-in so we hear about problems early. Looked-after people do better work.

Chemicals under control

Every site has a Safety Data Sheet register in the app, a safe work method statement signed by each cleaner, and low-toxicity, Australian-made products managed under ISO 14001.

ISO 45001 certified

Our cleaning division is certified to ISO 45001 (safety), ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment), and verified through Cm3 and Taskflo contractor compliance.
