Do I need to download anything?
No. The client portal runs in your web browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Only our cleaners and security officers install the app.
Can I see who serviced my site?
Yes. Your portal shows what was done, when, and by which team member. To protect our people, it never shows their location, phone number or personal documents.
What happens if something is missed?
You, your tenants or your staff can scan the QR code in any room to report it, with no sign-in needed. It goes straight to our team, and you can see when it was resolved.
Does it cover cleaning and security at the same site?
Yes. Each site can be set up for cleaning, security or both, with separate checklists, patrol routes and reports for each service.
Are your staff tracked all the time?
No. Location is recorded only at specific moments: clocking in and out, scanning a room or checkpoint, logging a security entry, an "I'm OK" check-in or an SOS. Every team member receives written notice of this under the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 (NSW) and the equivalent rules in other states.
