Officers are issued stab-resistant vests for indoor and outdoor posts, so they can step in with confidence when your people need them to.
Reported within 24 hours
Injuries, public liability incidents, spills and vehicle or equipment damage each have their own form in our app, lodged within 24 hours with time-stamped photos, witnesses and what was done on the spot.
Investigated and closed out
Every incident is assigned to an investigator within 24 hours, the root cause and corrective actions recorded, notifiable incidents reported to SafeWork, and the file signed off within 7 days. Clients and insurers get a complete record.
